In the podcast with McConnell and Roethlingshoefer they talk about automating the email distribution of their google docs wellness questionnaire (~1:14.00). What system do you guys recommend for automated email sending? I do not currently have one but this would make life easier. Keep up the great work. Thanks.
Hi Ross. So for that there are a couple options.
1- if you use a google doc you just need to institute the send every day. But it is free.
2- if you use our intent system you get every feature we speak about and you can set the form to be filled out daily and the athletes will receive it.
3- if you create your own you can put it in an email and simply hit resend each day so it reaches them.
It depends if you are looking for a free or paid version.
4- for a small fee, I have used services such as surveymonkey in the past as well.
Hope this helps- Justin and Devan
What is “the 1080” that you guys kept mentioning I reference to testing?
