Geralyn Coopersmith started in fitness as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer and evolved her 28-year career into leadership roles with Equinox, Nike and Flywheel Sports. At Equinox, she was the Senior Director of the Equinox Fitness Training Institute and founded the Equinox Academy. As the Global Director of Performance and Fitness at Nike, she supervised the re-creation of the Nike Training Club App and oversaw the Nike Trainer Network. Most recently, Geralyn was the Chief Talent and Content Officer for Flywheel Sports, managing almost 500 instructors nationally and launching the Fly OnDemand at-home bike.
